Today 16 September 2012 marks the completion of making all Mangaian Vital Records available online for all the world to see.  There is no need to go to a "Family History Library" to view original records or microfilm copies of those original records.  With the exception of Mangaian's who may have been born or who died on other island or place, those who were around during the years of 1900 and earlier thru 1989, can now find and connect their family members into family groups and then provide for them the saving ordinances of the gospel.  There will be an attempt to sift through records in Rarotonga to edit out all those who have a Mangaian heritage, but this will take time with no promise date at present.

Enjoy

Family History Library - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

Inside this five story building are found the records of millions and millions of persons who have lived and died around the world.  People travel from all over the world to have free access to these records.  The library is free to enter, free to use all of the files, books and films, and free expert help in finding almost anything you are looking for. On floor B1 or the first floor in the basement, you can find all of the records of the Cook Islands from the earliest times up to 1978.  This floor is known as the International Floor.  Everyone is invited to come and visit and so see the work of Elijah in progress.
